1/2 c peanut butter 2 tbsp tamari 2 tbsp sweetener like maple syrup 1 minced chili or equivalent red pepper flake 3 tbsp lime juice 1 clove garlic 1/3 c water heat the tamari and the garlic clove in a saucepan. add the other ingredients and mix/simmer until you reach desired consistency. keeps for a few weeks in the fridge
